Steven Retzloff serves as Chairman of Centrust Investment Holding and CEO of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. With 30 years of Houston banking experience, he served as a Director and twice as Chairman of a publicly traded multi-billion dollar financial institution. His past work experience also includes General Motors, Bristol Myers, Retzloff Capital Corporation and CEO of Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. Additionally, Steve serves on the Boards of the Houston Food Bank, Greater Houston Partnership, Open Door Mission, Faith in Practice, and as Vice President of the Kinkaid School Investments Foundation. As a native Texan and a lifelong Houstonian, he received an Industrial Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979 and an MBA with distinction from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in 1981.

Ramon (Ray) Vitulli serves as Chief Executive Officer of Centrust Investment Holding and President of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. He has over 30 years of banking experience, getting his start as a loan review examiner at Charter National Bank in Houston, then moving to Sterling Bank until joining Centrust Investment Holding in 2007, prior to the bank’s opening. Ray serves on the Texas Bankers Association Board, the St. Pius X High School Foundation and School Board, the CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare Board, and the Bluehenge Capital Partners Limited Partner Advisory Board. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Okan Akin serves as President and Chief Risk Officer of Centrust Investment Holding and Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. He has over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry in Houston. Mr. Akin joined Independence Bank as Senior Credit Officer in August 2002. He was promoted to Chief Credit Officer in 2004 and later promoted to President in August 2009. He served as CEO of Independence Bank from July 2010 to November 15, 2013. Independence Bank merged with and into Centrust Investment Holding, the wholly owned subsidiary of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc., effective November 15, 2013. Since joining Centrust Investment Holding in 2013, he has held the position of Regional President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Chief Administration Officer. Okan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston.

Paul Egge serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centrust Investment Holding and Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. He has over 15 years of financial services experience, predominantly as an investment banker focused on providing strategic and capital markets advisory services to banks and specialty finance companies. Prior to joining Allegiance in 2016, Paul served as Director of Capital Planning and Corporate Development for Cadence Bank, a $9.4 billion asset regional bank at the time. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The College of William & Mary and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

She joined Centrust Investment Holding through the Post Oak Bank merger in October 2018, where she was most recently the Chief Credit Officer of Post Oak Bank for 14 years. She holds a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University.

Shanna Kuzdzal serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Centrust Investment Holding and Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. She brings more than 15 years of legal experience to Allegiance. Her practice has focused on community banking in Texas with a concentration in the corporate area including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Allegiance, Shanna served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Prosperity Bank. She currently serves on the Board and Governance Committee of The Women’s Resource of Greater Houston and as President-Elect of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel. She received a B.A. degree in Biochemistry and Biology from Rice University and graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law.

He has spent the last 20 years focused primarily within the Financial Services sector where he lead software engineering for a leading FinTech provider, and IT architecture and strategy for a $31 billion asset regional bank. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
